Yes, the minimum quantity varies depending on the product.  As a general guideline the less expensive an item the higher the minimum quantity will be.

As pricing is dependent on quantity, the type of logo decoration, how many colours the logo decoration has and in how many locations it will be printed or embroidered, we prefer (particularly for apparel) to provide specifically tailored quotations for items. This also ensures that we can offer the best possible options as there may be specials on at the time of your enquiry or some alternative products we can offer more competitively.

There are many catalogues available for various products and it is not always economical to send them all out. As we aim to be environmentally aware, we can now email them to you.

Once we have discussed your promotional requirements and provided proposals, we are happy to send you samples to view prior to placing an order. These samples are sent on a loan basis and we ask that you return them within 7 days.

As a general guideline, items sourced and printed within Australia take 3 – 4 weeks from placement of order & artwork, whereas items sourced and produced offshore take approximately 12 weeks from placement of order & artwork. However let us know when your event is & if it is urgent, as we are happy to work in with you wherever possible. With many items there are provisions for rush orders if required.
